Called and scheduled an appointment. Got me in 2 days later. Called to give me estimated time and price. Said I probably wouldn't get car back till next day because of parts. Called back late in day. Car ready. I was surprised. Had exhaust issues after a pass through unsuspecting water in roadway with pothole. Anyways car done. Seemed pricey... but got me done earlier than planned and seemed good to deal with. Good 1st experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Peppers!! I brought my daughters car in because it kept draining the battery and not starting each day. I had it at a family member's shop a few days before but the problem didn't get fixed. Peppers to the rescue! They found out right away that there was a 500ma draw on the battery (under 50 is acceptable). They also found that the smaller auto start/stop battery was bad. They replaced that battery and we were hopeful that was it. That replacement didn't fix it immediately but once the smaller battery was installed for a little while, it charged and stabilized and the draw dropped down to under 50ma! This took 3 days total but Peppers was VERY VERY VERY fair on their price and I couldn't be happier with them. Honest, hard working group here. I would recommend them to anybody! I'd go 10 stars if I could!
